Get hold of us
We answer everything about the site itself. For anything involving a casino account, the operator is the right door — details below.
Write to the site
Corrections, out-of-date offer details, broken links, feedback on a review, press and partnership enquiries — all of it goes to one inbox and gets read by a person:
Factual corrections get priority. If you're telling us an offer or a score is out of date, include the operator name and what you saw — we'll re-check against the operator's own site and update if you're right.
What we can't help with — and who can
Table Markings is an independent reviews and comparison site. We have no access to any casino's systems, so we cannot open, close or unlock accounts, resolve disputes about bets or bonuses, or process anything to do with your money. Writing to us about these will only cost you time. Instead:
- Account or gameplay issues — contact the operator's own customer support first. Every UKGC licensee must operate a complaints procedure, and support details sit in each site's help section.
- Unresolved complaints — if the operator's final response doesn't settle it, you're entitled to take the dispute to the operator's named alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider, free of charge. The operator must tell you which ADR body it uses.
- Concerns about how an operator behaves — the Gambling Commission accepts intelligence about licensees, although it doesn't adjudicate individual disputes.
- Gambling that's stopped being fun — skip the queue entirely and call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 (free, 24/7), or see our responsible gambling page.
